Grand Victoria Casino Chicago's hot advertising agency, Coil Counts Ford & Cheney was responsible for creating the artwork and putting the media buy together for Grand Victoria Casino. Outdoor Impact, produced this billboard on computer generated vinyl from a 3 1/2" floppy disk that the agency provided. The vinyl was literally wrapped around this 14' x 48' bulletin and was secured using straps and ratchets. The extensions were hand cut and self adhesive vinyl was attached to them.
