When Mercedes-Benz wanted to promote their new 7-passenger full-sized luxury SUV to affluent consumers across America one of their obvious choices was through a very select and targeted outdoor advertising campaign. The GL Class offers smooth, suburb handling on and off the road and Mercedes-Benz hopes to redefine this luxury market segment with this new agile and stylish model.

In the outdoor campaign, copy was kept to a minimum and the vehicle dominated roughly half of the display area. The computer generated vinyl shown here appeared on one of Outdoor Impact’s displays. On this display, the SUV measured measured roughly 26’ wide by 11’ tall.
